Windows 10 and Intel Pentium 4 550 @ 3.40 GHz?

I'm receiving the message "The CPU isn't supported" in the "Get Windows 10" app, against this older CPU (Pentium 4 550 running at 3.40 GHz).

3.40 GHz is greater than the 1 GHz listed in the system requirements.

Does Windows 10 have a thing against Hyper-Threading, or require Virtualization tech from Intel CPUs? Are Pentium 4s not supported at all?

Has anyone gone ahead and run the upgrade anyway on this type of CPU?

 

Windows 64 bit isn't booting from intel pentium 4 2.67 ghz processor

I have Intel Pentium 4 2.67 ghz processor with windows 7 32 bit then, i install windows 7 64 bit. It worked fine. Now, I have intalled windows 10 anivessary 32bit, it works fine later I want to install windows 10 64 bit then it doesn't boot. It always
stop and hangs on windows logo and automatically restart after a while. But, Windows 10 64 bit install while installing intel pentium dual core 1.8 ghz.

The surface Go is well powerful enough to play the Sims 4 game

You would need to take the Surface Pro out of S Mode to play that game . ..
