Windows 10: Can I play the old Black & White 2 on windows 11

I have downloaded the game on my PC it will not open

videos play in black and white

I have Windows 10 and when I play a CNN video and other videos, they play in black and white. When I disconnect the power cord, they play in color. Any ideas?

hey guys i have been looking to play black and white 2 for almost 17 years now and i think its time we pressure mircosoft who now owns lionhead studios to re-release the games for our pc's we loved such as fable and black and white 2 and have them either op'd to run 60fps and windows 10 im sick of having games i cant play due to the company being gone or bought out MICROSOFT ive been faithful on xbox for many many years we ask you to give us backwards compatibility on our pc's we have it for consoles im pretty sure its not that hard to do seeing how you guys literally did it with old xbox original games so what do you say? i mean hey if i have to pay 10 bucks for the game or even 20 for a updated version of the game then hell i would at this point of missing that game that i spent so many hours on and when times were simple and childhood was grand now we dont really have much to play but developers its just alot of games that are rinse and repeat what other games lets you play as GOD i ask you? and have monsters and powers ? none so far that have even peaked my interest

so please microsoft help us out
