Windows 10: Can I purchase windows 11 pro with my work account?

Can I purchase windows 11 pro with my work account? If yes, I need full instructions on How to purchase windows 11 pro account using my work email as it is not signing or showing up in Microsoft app store.

Here's Microsoft's official steps to Upgrade Windows Home to Windows Pro (microsoft.com).

1. Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
   
2. Under Upgrade your edition of Windows, select Open Store
   
3. Make sure you’re signed in with your Microsoft account to purchase Windows 11 Pro
   
4. After you confirm your purchase, you’ll be prompted to install Windows 11 Pro and restart your PC. You’ll then be running Windows 11 Pro.
   

 

Work account in Windows 11

Similar issue.

• Purchased a laptop with Windows 11 Home.
  
• Want to use this purely as a work laptop (not linked to a personal account)
  
• Bought an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro so that I can do so.
  
• Upgraded using the generic key, then activate using purchased key
  
• I then do a clean install to get back to out-of-the-box, but when I do so it seems to read the key from the motherboard, rather than prompting for a key, and downgrades to Home during the install
  
• As it has reverted to Home I cannot set up directly with work account
  

Is there anyway I can bypass the hard coded key with my upgrade key when doing a clean install?

Or is there a way to revert to out-of-the-box without a clean install, keeping the current edition?

 

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.
