Windows 10: Can I receive my bitLocker code for my laptop/win instance ?

Can I receive my bitlocker code for my laptop/win instance ?

Now bitLocker is setup and I do not have thepassword. I do not know the reason bitLocker has been set up on my laptop.

Is there any chance to recover my Windows?

1.)once I open and turn on my laptop it directly takes me to a blue screen asking for the bit locker code

2.) I never even knew what a bit locker code was until that day, I never set up any code on my laptop

3.) when I sign in, it says that there is no available code and that is weird because is set up my laptop with that email/account

 

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?
