Windows 10: Can i recover deleted pictures from my iphone that i deleted from Microsoft Photos app on...

Hi, I connected my iPhone to my PC and it opened up the pictures on Windows Photos app. I deleted some of the pictures on Windows Photos and realised they also got deleted on my phone gallery too. I checked my recently deleted on my iphone, recycle bin on my pc and they're no where to be seen. Is there a way to recover them? Im not sure how they've gotten deleted and i cant recover from anywhere at all. PS my phone hasnt been backed up recently so i cant do it through icloud.Can i recover deleted pictures from my iphone that i deleted from Microsoft Photos app on my pc? Please and thank you in

We will need some more information from you to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please reply with the following details:

• When you say, “I can't delete individual pictures” are you facing any issues in deleting the all pictures or only a particular? If yes, what is the error message that you read?
  
• Are you trying to remove the picture only from Photos app?
  

If you are trying to remove the pictures only from the Microsoft Photos app, then you can remove the particular folder from the Photos apps and the pictures won’t appear in Photos app. Please follow the steps mentioned below to do the same:

1. Open Photos app.
   
2. Click on ellipsis (three dots) on the top right corner and click on
   Settings.
   
3. Under Sources, click on X
   to remove the folder where your pictures are saved.

Unable to delete pictures from Photos app

I was able to delete all the pictures that had been downloaded from the backup disc by following your instructions. There were three 'x's in sources. I first clicked off the one drive. (No change) next clicked off the dvd drive. all photos were gone. Note:
none of these photos had been installed in the windows "pictures' folder, only on photos app. It is my intention to purchase a photo editing program which I have used on my previous desktop. I am concerned the 'photos' app is going to be a problem.

Euh... as far as I can see this is not the Microsoft 365 Photos app, but the Photos app that comes bundled with Windows 11.

I don't have an option "Show only content from the cloud in OneDrive"

Furthermore: it looks like I can delete a picture...but then it re-appears. So, these are the steps:

• I navigatie to the location where I have the pictures using Windows Explorer (it is on a different computer)
  
• Then I double click the first one and I start going through them one by one in the Photos app.
  
• If I dislike one of the pictures, I hit the delete key and I notice the picture gets removed from the ribbon in the bottom
  
• Then after a while and some more scrolling all of a sudden the picture reappears.
  

Could this happen because the picture are on a different computer and the "Do you want to permanently remove this picture" question is not being handled?
