Windows 10: Can I recover Minecraft I purchased on a deleted Microsoft account?

Hello,A few years ago, I purchased Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition from Microsoft Store using my Microsoft account: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, that account was compromised about 7-8 months ago and eventually deleted by Microsoft for security reasons. I no longer have access to it.My son used that account to play Minecraft on a Windows PC. I would like to ask if there is any way to recover the game license or transfer it to my new Microsoft account: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** am happy to provide any necessary information to verify the purchase.Thank you very much!

Minecraft Got Deleted After Clean Installating Windows 10 And Again Minecraft Purchased.

I think you did a Clean Installation of Windows 10 and Clean Installation will delete all your applications; games; and your user data such as music files, video files, pictures, documents, etc.



In order to get clarity on this issue and assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

1. From where did you purchase the Minecraft game?
   
2. Have you already installed Minecraft on your Windows 10 computer?
   

If you have purchased several copies of Minecraft from Mojang, then I suggest you to refer the
Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Oculus, then I suggest you to
Contact the Oculus Support Team and they will help you with this.

Unfortunately, the only way to regain access to your Minecraft is to recover your Microsoft account through the account recovery webform:

If the Microsoft account was permanently deleted by the hacker (the 60-day timeframe is completed upon requesting to close the account) I'm afraid it is no longer possible to recover your Microsoft/Minecraft account.

However, since you mentioned that the agent told you that it is possible to retrieve your deleted Microsoft account, I highly suggest you reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
