Windows 10: Can i recover my digital license after i disconnected the original pc it was in?

after updating to win 11 from win10, changed the cpu and added a gpu, and getting a new faster drive, i decided to reformat the PC and do a clean windows instalation on this new drive.After doing it, i noticed that windows wasn't activated error 0xC004F213, so i used the troubleshoot and it said that it wasn't able to activate. I decided to check my Microsoft account and there was both new after formating and old before formating windows as devices, so i remove the previos one.It didn't work, and then i notice in the troubleshooting the "i recently changed hardware on this device", and w

The digital license is on microsoft's servers with your computer ID. If you do more than one clean install, your computer that you upgraded to wins. 7 to win. 10 will be automatically activated with this digital license.

You can only recover the Windows 7 key from your computer not the digital license.

The good folks at microsoft made me buy a new prodkey because they claim that there was no digital license on their end.

Thanks for your suggestion. I solved the problem with my License Key with Belarc Advisor Software. The Digital License code was a numeration that Microsoft Corporation has given to all that have Windows Account specially to those that has free upgraded
to Windows 10. Under the Digital License appears the original code.
