Windows 10: Can I recover my windows 11 license from my broken laptop?

I bought a custom built laptop last year, two days ago I spilled lot of water on it.Now I cannot turn it on.I am on vacation currently and I am planning to order a new pc,is there any way I can recover the license and reuse it on the new pc or do I need to purchase a new one?I had a window 11 retail version, bought it in the box - activated and threw the key...I see that my old laptop is still connected to my microsoft account.What can I do?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Recover delete photos broken laptop

Hi

i feel sick

i have managed to delete all my photos from laptop and its now broken, by me punch in a fit of rage, after trying to recover, them.

Not in recycle bin or by recovering pervious folder.

So my question is, can a specialist recover these photos?
