    Can I reduce the amount of memory "cached"?


    I have 128GB of RAM in my Windows 11 computer. Task Manager shows 15.8 to 16.4GB of it "cached". I've made the paging on the drives smaller, but can I reduce the amount that is "cached"?This is a screenshot from Task Manager.

    Hi Igor!

    I don't really understand what you wrote, my question is that I have 8.4gb cached in Task Manager, but in RamMap program if I go to the "File Summary" tab it doesn't show me that I have 8gb cached in memory.

    How do I do that? Can you give me step-by-step instructions please?

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    In storage sense Temporary memory always shows 0 bytes. System support files takes much space in phone. Is there anyway to reduce that.
