Windows 10: Can I repair STOP CODE: CRITCAL PROCESS DIED via BIOS?

Hi, Background: I have two laptops. The second replaced the new 1st one. Upon returning to the 1st one, I discover I cannot sign into it as the password to my Microsoft account isn't accepted. I began using this 1st laptop under a Local Account, but again, the password I set up for it isn't being accepted when I attempt to login during the Troubleshooting process to clear up the Blue Screen. The stop code: critical process died, has occurred on laptop 1. So now that I cannot sign into the laptop 1 to RESET it or choose any other repair choice, I found Microsoft's instructions on how to correct

I turned off my pc during an update and now get stop code: critical process died. My laptop uses Windows 10 32bit. It has gone through the self-repair and I've tried a restart and other suggested fixes to no avail. What can I do?

Did A restore because last automatic update made things run slow, now it says computer did not start correctly, shows Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. It goes to automatic repair and has "restart" and "advanced options". Won't go to safe mode and won't
do another restore, any suggestions on how to make it work again?
