Windows 10: can i report an IT support company that uses falsely gain MCP MCTS courses with their Gold...

I worked for a company that used software to give engineers answers for certifications like mcp etc so engineers could pass certification without having to learn the course. they had the answers with them when they went for the test.


they then used the partnership to gain customers i think this is the wrong attitude and give a false impression to clients


is there anyway i can report them as i feel this is a breach of Microsoft partnership trust. its also giving the local engineers a tough time because they can easily undercut them because they dont have the same costs as engineers who are gaining partnership the correct way.

Hello my name is wasim ahmad from pakistan i passed MCP server 2003 and MCTS windows vista in 2010 my MC ID and Access code has been expired so what should i do to access my certifications certificate again? How can i contact to Microsoft to gain access
my certifications?

rather than paying a third party for support, you should first contact the company responsible for the software you are experiencing problems with, there is often some level of free support available,

support here is free, experts will attempt to talk you through resolving your issue rather than gain access to your computer.

if the answer suggested is not clear or easy, you only need to ask for clarification or step by step instructions.
