Windows 10: Can i reset my windows 10 to its first installtion?

My son has a problem with his computer?he cant access settings in the menu it appears greyed out? Can I reset his computer to when windows was installed? Could not see a restore pint.

reset bios to its defaults - reset windows . if it was like before just do a clean installtion of windows . to make sure it's not a software prob niether cmos bad setting.
