Windows 10: Can I retrieve my stolen laptop?

It's been 2 months since my laptop got stolen. And this information "Location unknown We can’t locate this device since it hasn’t been used in the past 30 days. 0% battery" Please if someone can help me answer. Is this what the thieves wants me to see or this information is correct??. Truly my laptop hasn't been used for the past 30 days. I have been seeing this information for 2weeks now and I don't know if it's real or what the thieves wants me to see.
