Windows 10: Can I run norton 360 deluxe with windows defender?

So just purchased norton 360 deluxe, in windows security it states it has disabled itself, however all the reputation settings are still active, as I'm not really sure about antivirus software etc, should I disable the settings in reputation based also and just let norton do it's thing? Is Norton 360 compatable with Windows 10?

As this & previous Norton products have been changed to Norton Security products (Norton Security, Norton Security Deluxe, Norton Security Premium) which are compatable you may want to post in the Norton forums to confirm or deny whether 360 can be used
with 10.

I use Norton Security Premium & before installing I disabled Defender completely just to be sure. I can receive Windows updates no problem.

Norton 360 includes a back-up facility. Windows 10 provides a back-up facility although it isn't part of Defender.

Norton 360 includes protection against malware. Defender provides protection against malware.
