Windows 10: Can I save this computer?

Hi, first time post, not very tech savvy. My daughter had a friend who built her a computer. He had access to every bit of hardware and software on the machine. At the time he was on good terms with my daughter. A few months later he was harassing my daughter in her gaming discord chat. He was seeking information about her. He claims to have downloaded server information, whatever that means. In his last comments he suggested that my daughter reinstall Windows 11, and he suggested it would be bad if port 22 were left open. I disconnected from the internet immediately, but I fear the damage is

• When you say that "1 suggestion was ctrl s the n ctrl a", how exactly have you tried to used the keyboard command for saving the webpages?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps to save the webpage on the computer and check if it helps.

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.

2. Right click on the webpage link and then click on Save target as
and then save the webpage.

Cannot save the photos from a cd to my computer

Open the picture folder form CD by inserting it to the Computer.

• Select the pictures and right click and click on copy.
• Open the folder from Computer where you want to save it.
• Right click on this folder and click on paste.
