    Can I set my calendar reminder to 2 hours?


    Calendar reminders can be set to 0 minutes, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 12 hours, 1 day, 1 week.


    I want to set 2 hours or more. What should I do?

    How do i set reminder from calendar appointments

    Follow these steps to set up a reminder for calendar appointments:

    • When in Calendar click the + sign to add a new appointment.
    • Click More details (right at the bottom left)
    • Set Reminder
    • Save
    Make sure that the volume is not set on zero, otherwise it won't ring.

    Calendar Reminder settings

    Hi RogerFearnside.

    Thank you for posting on the forum.

    I understand you are looking for a way to change the default time for Calendar Events Reminder.

    There is currently no official way to change the default behaviour.

    For events that are from 0 minutes to 2 hours long the default reminder time is 15 minutes.

    When an event you're creating is set to take All Day long the default reminder time is 4 hours.

    I think that what you're looking for could be a usefull additional feature.

    Can I set my calendar reminder to 2 hours?

    Windows 10 Calendar will not give correct Reminder


    My newly installed Windows 10 has a Calendar programme which works OK but the Reminder for events will not do so for the One Week which I require every time, only a 12 hour reminder. This is despite my clicking the Save & Close button on exit having set up up the one week. Anyone suggest what I can do about this please?
