Windows 10: Can I set up my own icons on W 10 desktop?

Can I use my own icons on W 10 dsktop? See above image.

Attached is an image of a W10 desktop vs the images I have created on My W7. I have a vision problem & created my own icons & descriptions for my desktop & folder icons & even colorized many of my most used/critical files are organized to fit my business process. This allows me to zip thru Terabits of disparate data in NY minute.

PS: If you view this web page from 18" to 24"' you will see what I mean. My laptop has a 17" screen & desktop is 27"

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.
