Windows 10: can I shorten the process

Discus and support can I shorten the process in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I can’t use my brand new gaming Pc because I’m locked out.     I can’t use my brand new gaming Pc because I’m locked out. It wanted verification to make a new pin with a number I don’t have anymore. Microsoft sucks I don’t understand why things are so difficult. I have to wait 30days for something they can do with a click of a finger.

    I just tried to swap the hard drive for the one you suggested keakar but i purchased rush processing so its already in step 3... *Big Grin can I shorten the process :D

    User name shortened - error ?


    In C Drive under users my user name shows as "tomfe" instead of Tom or TomFerguson. Not a serious issue but one I want to correct as is just is not correct. Can't seem to find a way to change it.

    Any suggestions welcome.
