Unable to access MCP and MCTS certificates

Hello my name is wasim ahmad from pakistan i passed MCP server 2003 and MCTS windows vista in 2010 my MC ID and Access code has been expired so what should i do to access my certifications certificate again? How can i contact to Microsoft to gain access
my certifications?

I have complete my exam 70-740 on Feb 14, 2020. before this I have successfully complete MCSA 2012,

I would like to ask, will I award MCP certification again ?
