Windows 10: can i still recover data after a reset on paint 3d

i was trying to save a 3d model of something on paint 3d, it kept crashing so i looked up what to do, it said to reset it so i did. i checked back and all my projects were gone, checked what resetting did and it deletes everything.is there somewhere on my harddrive where i can recover these lost projects?

Can't log in to Remix 3d paint

This can be due to a recent change in the configuration of your device. To assist you with your concern, we suggest that you reset the application from the apps and features in Windows 10. This option will reset the configuration
of the application to the default state. To do this, follow the steps below:

• In the Search box, type Apps & features and press
  Enter.
• From the list of applications search for Paint
  3D.
• Click Paint 3D and select
  Advanced options.
• Click Reset.
• Check if the issue persists.

Paint 3D

Hi Joe,

We need to do further investigation so that we can identify the cause of the issue. Is it your whole screen that goes black/blank or just the window of Paint 3D? We also suggest that you reset Paint 3D's data and see if it helps. You can do this by going
to Settings > Apps & features > Look for
Paint 3D, click on Advanced options and click Reset.

Run App troubleshooter

• Refer to
  fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.
  

Reset Paint 3D app:

• Open ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Update and Security’.
  
• Click on ‘Apps’ and choose ‘Apps and features’.
  
• Locate the ‘Paint 3D’ app and click on it.
  
• Select ‘Advanced options’ and choose ‘Reset’.
  
• Wait for the reset to complete.
  
• Close settings, launch ‘Paint 3D’ and try saving now.
