Windows 10: Can I still sign into my old user profiles after reinstalling windows on a new drive?

Recently my windows 10 OS suddenly got corrupted and after trying out many recovery methods the only option I had left was to completely reset it using installation media.So I got a new internal drive and decided to preform the installation on it instead in order not to lose all of my data.And now that my computer is finally up and running again.... I'm trying to find a way to import all of my old user profiles from the old drive to the new drive/system.I can still access all of my old drive's folders just fine and I can even run some of its programs....But I haven't yet found a way to actuall

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

This issue might be due to the User profile Services, please follow the below and check.

I suggest you to Check the status of User profile services.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for User Profile Service, right click on it and
  start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to
  Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to log-in.

Can't sign in to new User Profile

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 on an HP laptop last year. I can create a new user profile but receive the error message "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded" when I try to sign in to it, with no further explanation of what to do. I see alot of people with this problem on forums. I tried a few of the simple fixes. I don't want to do anything drastic like reinstall Windows 10. Is there an update from Microsoft that will fix this issue for users? It's Oct. 2017 and this issue has been affecting Windows 10 users for years now...
