Windows 10: Can I stop Microsoft from trying to force me into Windows 11 and 365 my Thinkpad lap top...

How can I stop Microsoft from trying to force me into Microsoft 11 and 365 my lap top tells me it cannot use these versions, I do not want to buy any software or equipment at my age 84, just want to be left alone with what i have,

windows 7 on desk top and lap top and wife's 365

My question,

I have an old Dell lap top and I have an old desk top, the Dell has windows 10 and my desk top has windows 7. I bought her a new lap top a few years back and it has windows 365 on it, is there anyway that I can piggyback onto her 365 with my other two computers?

Transfering my Microsoft 365 from 1 lap top to a new lap top

I will be getting a new laptop and i would like my software of microsoft office and also all my benefits of Microsofrt 365 to be transfered into my new lap top.

can this be done? and how?
