Weird situation. The cat decided to take a nap on my laptop keyboard. I'm thinking he did it a couple times over the last day or so and screwed a bunch of stuff up. I'm unsure what all he did and how to proceed. Thanks in advance for the help!I noticed a bunch of strange stuff was going on with my laptop when I got home yesterday. Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.
