Windows 10: Can I transfer files from PC to Laptop by CD/DVD ?

To move several files from a PC to a laptop can I just copy them fro the PC to a DVD then copy them from the DVD to the laptop?

As per your query, I like to inform you that; if your system have DVD drive then to copy music files, follow the steps.

1) Insert your DVD/CD into the DVD drive.

2) Go to This PC by press Windows key + E.

3) Open the DVD drive and copy the files which you want transfer.

4) Go to the music folder and paste those files.

  Press Windows key + X.

  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.

CD/DVD not loading any of my pc games

This issue might occur due some problem with display drivers.

I suggest you to update DVD / CD drivers and check if it helps.

Please follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• 
  Expand DVD/CD ROM.
  
• 
  Right click on the video driver and select
  Update Driver Software.
