Windows 10: Can I transfer oem_coa_nslp Windows licence that is tied to my Microsoft Account?

So I just built a new PC and I'm trying to figure out if i can transfer my Windows licence so I don't have to buy a new one. I read that OEM licences are non-transfarable, but does that apply if it is NSLP? I saw a lot of people saying it is transfarable but some said no, so I'm a bit confused. Also when I check "Activation" in my Windows settings, it says "System Windows is activated with digital licence that is connected with your Microsoft Account" and when I type winrev into windows search bar, it says that "This product is licensed under the Microsoft Software License Terms for: my email

Windows 10 OEM_COA_NSLP license key: transferable to a new PC?

Does this rule also apply if I link the key to my Microsoft Account?

Use case/example:

1. I buy a OEM_COA_NSLP key from a third party web shop online
2. I install a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit on my empty PC (it got shipped without any OS).
3. I use the OEM_COA_NSLP key to activate my fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
4. I login to my PC with my Microsoft account and link the OEM_COA_NSLP key to the Microsoft Account
5. The PC breaks down after 1 week, I have to buy a new PC

Can I then use the OEM_COA_NSLP key on the new PC, because I linked it to my Microsoft account?

Do those steps:

• Use the keyboard shortcut Windows-I to open the Settings application.
  
• Select Update & Security.
  
• Select Activation
  

Here you see the current status. If the account has no licence you can click on Add an account, enter your account data and the account gets the license added.

Is Digital activation tied to a microsoft account as well as hardware?

Hi folks,

I was wondering about this, since we have a digital licence for Windows 10, and should one need a new motherboard, how does Microsoft determine if we are entitled to Activation for Windows 10 or not, if that activation is only tied to hardware..

Short History, I had Windows 7 home OEM which I upgraded to windows 8 pro at a special discount from Microsoft, now that licence could be transferred from one computer to another, one copy of OS only run once at any time though.

Now I am not entirely sure when I upgraded Windows 8 pro to Windows 10 pro whether or not I lost the right to transfer it to another computer, or maybe if I replaced existing Motherboard, if activation might still work.

So that is partly reason for my activation question of digital activation licence is only tied to hardware, or linked to a Microsoft account as well.

Some clarification would be gratefully appreciated.
