Windows 10: Can I unblock admin permissions block changes to computer on a specific downloaded app for...

I have a secondary user on my laptop that's trying to use an app on their profile but when they open it the app is blocked for trying to makes changes and it prompts them to enter the admin password. Is there a way to bypass this so they have full access to the app and don't need to enter the admin password?

Recently, I downloaded windows 10 free and I seemed to have blocked my apps that I need. Specifically, "onekey recovery" app.

I think I need to obtain "admin privileges" in order to unblock my apps. Whats the process to gain admin privilege and unblock my apps.

Please be VERY clear with instructions since I don't do "IT" work.

Do I start with the control panel or maybe run or????

App being Blocked by System Admin

Morning Crew!
Ive been using Microsofts' "Your Phone" app for quite some time. For some reason recently it's been blocked by system admin ...which is the message I'm being given. I am the system admin, so I'm unsure what got changed. I've tried changing the policies through regedit, tried right clicking and "unchecking Unblock" which a lot of sites recommended but I don't even have that feature. I'm currently running Win Ver 20H2 OS Build 19042.804. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

 

Unblocking a blocked number

Go to settings-->call+SMS filter-->blocked numbers.. In the list that appears, long press on the one you want to unblock and select 'unblock' ..
