Windows 10: Can I unlock a bitlocked hard disk using another computer

My laptop will shutdown or restart about 1 minute after I login to Windows. I want to remove the hard disk and go to my desktop computer to transfer out my files. However, the hard disk is bitlocked by my failed laptop. Can I use my desktop computer to unlock the bitlocked hard disk?

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked

HELP: Automatic BitLocker Unlock.

Windows Auto unlock ONLY works in case you have Bitlocker on your system drive, because if your system drive is not encrypted auto unlocking other drives means loss of security.
But in my case my system drive is Encrypted with hardware encryption that i password unlock during boot. So auto unlocking Bitlocker drives will do fine for me.

Based on your valuable feedback I will provide the following suggestions:

1. Unlock the disk encrypted by Bitlocker under Windows RE：
   
   After the computer starts, press F1, and select the Troubleshooter > Select Advanced Options > Open Command Prompt > type: manage-bde –unlock C: -password (C stands for the disk name and needs to be modified according to the actual name) > And press Enter to run this command.
   
2. If the 1st solution is invalid, it is recommended to remove the hard disk and try it in aother computer to check whether the hard disk is damaged.
