Windows 10: "Can I update my laptop to the latest stable Windows 11 version from a November 2022 backup...

backup of 2022 november.. if i restore to that point can i get back to current stable version by updating it from settings?? both windows 11 I enrolled in windows 11 beta channel, now i want to go back as it has many bugs...and i have to wait untill next stable version, another alternate is to clean install windows but if i do that many asus, and nvidia like extra software which came pre-installed will be deleted.Only way is to go back to 2022 version, but i am not sure if thats right thing to do...as that restore point is a year old..

Updating to the stable version of windows 11.

I'm running a windows 11 enterprise insider preview I have it set to update the toggle switch to update to the stable version is turned on and it says queued for unenrollment however, still not getting the update to the stable version of windows 11 enterprise. Will it soon be available? If, not how do force the update to the stable version of windows 11. I have the download for the iso however, the iso will not let me keep my apps or files. Thanks
