Windows 10: Can I Upgrade an MS Store app to new version

I created a game UWP which is approved for publishing Free version to the MS Store. There are 3 more not Free versions soon to follow. These are designed to allow getting Free, then move to Lite, to a full game, and then to two more with a larger screen size. It's not just a button click to change the display screen. Each will not process the larger sized screens the grid size changes.This requires multiple purchases. Is there MS Store methods of allowing a user to Upgrade from one version to another? Let's say that currently costs are 5,10, and 15. I would prefer to let them buy lit

I just added my wife, Melissa, as a new user account and now the Microsoft Store app is not even listed. When I click on adding an app from your Edge homepage it still shows the window:

I have already typed in the powershell commands suggested and restarted and its still not working. What is the next step? I am using a Dell XPS All In One that started with WIndows 8 - upgraded to 8.1 and then upgraded to WIndows 10.
