Windows 10: Can I upgrade from Windows 10 Home Single Language to Windows 10 Home?

Pretty much what the title says. Rather than buying a full retail copy of Windows 10 Home, can I just upgrade to Windows 10 Home via Microsoft Store? I need the extra language support. Upgrading to Pro is too expensive and I don't need any of the Pro features and the Home retail price is also too expensive since I already spent money for the built-in Home SL licence.

For comparison, in my country, Windows 10 Pro retail price is Rp3.800 (US$ ~260) while the upgrade is Rp1.800 (US$ ~123). Windows 10 Home retail price is Rp2.600 (US$ ~178).

I've added Windows 10 Anniversary Update (1607) 'client combined single language' ESDs and decryptor to the op.

Client Combined Single Language includes:
Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Home Single Language, Windows 10 Education

No, in my language I just have the windows 10 and windows 10 N version. In the standard american version I see windows 10, windows 10 Home Single Language, and windows 10 N.

 

Which windows 10 version to choose

I'm making an USB windows 10 installation for my old windows 7 laptop.
Which version of windows 10 to use? I have windows 7 home premium on it.

Should I use "windows 10" or "windows 10 Home Single Language" or "windows 10 N"
