    I have a laptop with Intel-core i5 1035g1 as CPU and GPU as amd radeon 630. I want to know if I can upgrade my CPU and GPU because I want to upgrade CPU to i7 . i haven't thought about the GPU yet cause I don't know if it is upgradable.The laptop I have is LENOV THINKBOOK 15 IIL

    Thanks, Malneb for responding and your suggestions. Here is an update which I forgot to add, in my process list. 4a) Removed the CMOS battery, jumped the motherboard 4b) Removed the GPU and tried to boot History of upgrade, taken from working machine, seller has offered refund, so I don't believe it's the CPU.

    • What is the make and model of GPU?

    • Do you face this issue only with this game or all the game?
    I suggest you to use the same GPU in different computer and check if the issue persist.

    As you mentioned that you have overclocked the CPU, Microsoft does not recommend overclocking the CPU.

    Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

    My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming. 100% gpu usage! 6.5gb ram usage! 65% cpu usage! Disk does fine, though. Windows 10, 21H2
