Can I upgrade my windows 10 pro 32 bit to windows 10 pro 64 bit with my volumn license. The license key works with both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of windows.

now I want to clean install Windows 10 pro 32-bit to Windows 10 pro 64-bit.Can I do it?

I tried twice to update from Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, only I get Windows 10 Pro 32 Bit! Can't the upgrade process know that my version of Windows 8.1 Pro is 64 Bit and upgrade it to that? I can't use 32 Bit Windows 10 Pro!
