Windows 10: Can I use a program to do these automatically on log-on

Is there some way where I can:
1. Upon windows logon, run a batch file automatically

2. Batch file will look for a specific process that is running e.g. Pianoteq.exe and kill/ stop that process

3. And then run a program e.g. Pianoteq.exe

Automatic Updates isn't currently running.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
