Windows 10: Can i use cd driver to update my laptop.

Can i use cd driver to update my laptop. I disabled my keyboard and now when I tried connecting external it says it was prohibited by system policy. My touchpad also is not working. Can you help me if how can i operate my laptop with no keyboards and touchpad. Even my mouse cursor disappeared. Thank you
