    Hello everyone.I have a problem and I hope you can solve it. Many years ago, before my Nokia Lumia 510 smartphone broke down, I had backed up the device With dedicated software. Now I can't turn the database back on because it was encrypted by Microsoft. Is there a way to recreate the original whatsapp folders? Thank you very much. Henry

    Keyboard problem in WhatsApp (Nokia Lumia 620)

    While I'm drafting out a WhatsApp message in Nokia Lumia 620, I press the "Enter" key on the keyboard to go down to the next line. However, it isn't possible for me to scroll all the way up to the top of the message to edit it here & there even when in the landscape mode. So is there any way to do this by pressing a certain key on the keyboard to go up to the top of the message or changing something else in the WhatsApp settings?

    I have Nokia Lumia 930 (Nokia Lumia RM-1045_1022), product code 059W1N3. Firmware version 02540.00019.14484.37003
    Operating system: Windows Phone 8.1

    Due to the end of WhatsApp support on this platform I have lost the message base of WhatsApp. But it is very important to restore it.
    I have tried to do something when WhatsApp was working yet.
    I have tried to make a database copy to OneDrive, but it doesn't work. I could make a copy to SD card, but there is no card slot in my
    phone model (Lumia 930). So finally I have made the database copy to internal memory. But internal memory is locked on Windows Phone.

    So can you tell me, please, is there any way to restore my WhatsApp database from my old phone?

    At least I would like to restore my chats so that I can read it, for example, in Microsoft Word or in Notepad or in any other text reader program.

    Why there is no WhatsApp in Nokia Lumia 520 ! Not in Windows Store for Nokia Lumia 520. Seven days back it was there.
