So I can reinstall and make a clean W7 64 bit install, and then upgrade to W10 64 bit.

Can I use the product key from the W7 32 bit DVD, with a W7 64 bit Iso download ?

With no limitations and can handle live videos on screens to record in web browsers. Also, it has to work well on a decade old updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC with 6 GB of RAM and ATI Radeon 4870 video card (512 MB of RAM).
