Windows 10: Can I use Onenote offline?

I've been using Evernote for some time but decided to use OneNote instead but when I open it Microsoft are all over me getting me to login to my MS account which I don't want to do. I just want to use it offline without involving MS. Can I do that? I don't want to use OneDrive and I don't need to synch anything.

And not only that, there is no 'clip to Onenote' icon in the system tray either. It doesn't show in the list of icons to be displayed in the system tray!

Recover key from image?

I downloaded a copy of Windows 10 Home. Bad thing is, there's no product key nor did I receive one from Microsoft upon download. How can I recover the key from an image that I have not installed?

Can I use digital pen or Stylus on MS Edge, OneNote and Evernote?

hello everybody. im not clear abt microsoft Edge Browser and Onenote and evernote apps. Does that means if i own a windowd 10 device i can be able to write on the IPS screen using a digital pen or a stylus with the aid of those apps much like a device
