Windows 10: Can i use Other ways to sign-in, if i forget one of my passwords? ex: forgot picture...

what do i do if i forget the gestures? or my PIN?can i sign-in using just my regular password?do i have to use a password reset keyor do i have to use safe-mode, log in, into the admin account, and reset / remove the password from there? if there is a way to do that using this, please do tell me

Forgot password and no picture sign in

I have a picture sign in option and I always log in using the picture up until I forgot my password (my bad). Last night my power was out and computer shut down.

when I try to log in, the picture sign in is not an option, how do i make it an option?
