Windows 10: Can i use rufus to convert

I can install windows 10 64 bit because i need an gpt drive. I cannot format it because i have windows 10 32 bit + files on that drive. So can i use rufus to convert windows 10 64 bit iso to run on mbr disk?

Do I need voltage converter using USA TV in UK?

US operates on 120V and the UK on 230V. You would need a step-down converter IF the TV is rated for 120V only. I haven't found information on this on the TVs manual. It says somethin about a sticker on the back containing this info. If taht sticker says the TV can handle UK voltage, you're fine.
Now, I'm not entirely sure but I'll give you an example: Japan uses 100V, Switzerland 220V. I need a step-down converter for my Japanese Gamecube console, otherwise it goes poof. By that logic it would be wise to have a step-down converter in the power chain for your TV.


Difference 100VA to 45VA is the wattage the converter can handle as far as I can gather, don't quote me on it tough.

The option converting m4a files to wma files in windows 10 is disappeared

• What app are you using to convert the files?

I don't use any app to convert the files. I just copy the m4a files from my music folder. Then I paste the m4a files in my android phone drive that connected to my laptop. Then a windows pop-up that shows the option converting m4a files to wma files appears.
You can see the windows pop-up in below picture. Now the windows pop-up is disappeared.

I found this problem last week. However, I didn't convert m4a files to wma files since May, 2017.

• Were there any changes made to your device prior to the issue?

I updated windows several times prior to the issue.

• Have you done any troubleshooting steps so far?

I haven't done any troubleshooting steps.
