Can I use the media creation tool to factory reset my laptop without administrator acct or admin password. I want to restore it to factory condition, however my Mom forgot her password years ago and yahoo cant help her recover password. Media Creation Tool does not recognize administrator rights

I am trying to use Media Creation Tool to install Windows 10 Fall Creators edition. The software does not recognized my administrator rights and will not proceed past the first few steps. My PC has only one account under my name (with admin rights). There
is not separate administrator account and no way to create one through the control panel. Any suggestions?

I chose this tool because I am one of the lucky ones where the update hangs for hours and hours, like overnight when attempting the update through Windows Update.
