Windows 10: Can I use windows 10 pro full version with only 6.40 dollars

I am in Saudi Arabia, and there are a lot places who sells windows 10 pro with about 24 rials or about 6.40 dollars and they will activate it for us, do Microsoft agrees for them and us as a users to use that windows, + I don't know the actual price of windows 10 pro here in Saudi Arabia

Stuck at OneDrive screen during Surface Pro 6 initial setup

Try the below suggested steps.

Method 1

1. Unplug all the external devices except Mouse and Keyboard.
   
2. Try to reboot the device and check the status of the issue.
   

Method 2

I would suggest you to perform Power drain by following the suggested steps.

1. Press and hold the Power Button down for 30-40 seconds.
   
2. Hold the Volume Rocker up and Power ON for almost 20 second.
   
3. Release the power button and wait for next 10-15 seconds.
   
4. Press the power button to turn on your Surface and check the status of the issue.

New Computer: Upgrading from Windows 10 Home to Pro

Mom is getting a new computer. Although the computer will have Windows 10 Home preinstalled, we want the Pro version.

Are the steps correct to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro?

• Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Go to store > make your purchase, follow the on screen instructions and within 5 to 10 minutes you will be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.

We are in Canada. I am guessing that the upgrade price is close to US$100 converted to Canadian dollars?
