    Can I use Windows 7 after Jan 2023?


    Hi anyone from MS I Have a question to ask:So I have a fully working PC with Windows 7 SP1 on it and everything is up to date including the OS. And I love my Windows 7 because I worked hard on getting the updates together and I don't want to lose it or upgrade so after Jan 2023 when Windows 8.1 ends support will all my software still continue working on Windows 7 like edge, OBS, Whatsapp and more. Will my software still work after Jan 2023? that's all I'm asking.

    Microsoft will not do that for you.

    Microsoft will not change how they handle Mainstream or Extended Support for you for successive operating systems.

    What about the people that use and like 8.1?

    You are suggesting that Microsoft just wipe them of support, are you?

    And we don't work for Microsoft.

    I REALLY WANT Windows 8.1 stop supporting on 2020 and I REALLY want Windows 7 Home Premium continue supporting until 2023!!!
