Windows 10: can install win 10 enterprise digitally licensed, after I removed it?

the problem started when I installed that stupid recovery program, and the program nearly ruined my drive C partition which is my windows system drive, so I have to destroy the partitions and reinstall the windows again. but problem is my windows is 10 enterprise and I got it's license by upgrading from window 7 or 8 that I don't remember and have not the DVD now! I mean its digitally licensed! so how in the earth can I reinstall windows 10 enterprise now??? I must say I tried resetting and the disks mange in system and neither helped fixing the partition issue, so I must recreate the partition again and, I will need to reinstall the windows after that again, but I want enterprise version to be installed, so what shall I do? also the media creation option only has the pro and home version not the enterprise... . it would be a great help if anybody tell me how to install enterprise in this conditiondigitally licensed since the Microsoft support team couldn't fix my problem!

Microsoft homepage lists the AMD Athlon 2xx series as supported under Win 10 Enterprise, but not under Win 10 IoT Enterprise.

Will the "Entry" license of IoT Enterprise 2019 LTSC work with AMD Athlon 200GE ?

And is it correct that the Ryzen 2200G and 2400G would instead require the "Value" license ?
