Windows 10: Can Microsoft Family Safety prevent a child from logging in to a Windows 10/11 PC?

Beyond Edge, circumventing web-surfing time limits is a piece of cake through the use of alternative browsers Chrome, Firefox, etc.I want to prevent my child from even logging in to the PCs in the home. Does Family Safety offer me this capability or do I have to go full Windows server?

How to prevent child to log on locally in windows 10. Otherwise, doesn't matter what family safety restrictions you set, the child logged into the PC under his Microsoft account go into setting and click on log on locally, which will create a local account
for the child, that the child can then log into do whatever he wants (i.e. bypass all family safety restricted sites/apps/time restrictions.

To assist you better, please provide us the information below:

• Have you tried to log out or restart from the child's computer and logging in to the computer?
• Are you able to see the child account in the Family Safety settings after removing it?

I suggest you to refer to the steps below to remove the child account from the family safety account and also turn on
Activity reporting.
