Windows 10: Can Microsoft lock computer

yesterday my computer was locked down saying Microsoft would turn my computer off if l did not ring this 02039663432 have checked number no answer my screen blocked says if l turn or remove they will turn it off. ERROR 26D3 spywhere virus.

computer keeps locking up...

him your computer locks up.... check what your running and see if it affects it cause this shouldn't happen it could be your ram or your mouse but i'm just giving a suggestion

  Go to Settings>>Personalization>>Lock Screen.

  In the right panel, select Picture instead of Windows Spotlight.

If you are referring to the lock screen, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• On the lock screen, click on Ease of access icon next to network connection icon.
• Click On Screen keyboard.
• Type the password and check.

I also suggest you to change the language and check.

• On the lock screen, click on language icon next to network connection icon.
• Click the language to US English.
• Type the password and check.
