Windows 10: Can Microsoft MEdia Foundation broadcast over RTSP

There are plenty of docs to tell that MSMF can be used to "play" i.e. read from an RTSP stream.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/medfound/supported-protocolsHowever, I want to do the opposite : create a RTSP stream as a sink on output of an encoding scheme.Is it possible ? About the scope of my question, I can just say that microsoft forums have become a mess and between answers/Q&A/Community... it is now a nightmare to know where to post things.

To assist you better, please provide us more information.

  How the camera device is connected to the system?
  
• What is the make and model of the camera device?

For now, I suggest you to check if the settings is set up properly.

• 
  Open Windows media player and click on Organize on the top of the left side.
  
• 
  Click on option and click on Network tab.
  
• 
  Check on all the boxes .e.g. RTSP/UPD.
  
• Now click on Apply and Ok.
