    Can Microsoft stop being evil and shoving things on my computer that I don't want?


    Recently Microsoft decided the whole world needed this update:

    Note that the link from WMIC QFE LIST above no longer works, because people at Microsoft are asleep right now and the people who made the URL above and the people in charge of their web site have never spoken to each other.

    But that's not even the problem here.


    The problem here is this:




    wusa /uninstall /kb:4559309


    Comes back with a message. I think it says something like, Ha. Yeah right. We've decided that this is staying on there. Sorry not sorry. What you thought this computer belongs to you? No, it belongs to us. Next time buy a mac.


    I think that's what it said anyways.


    After that update, a bunch of my apps have stopped working.

    Why Microsoft is being such a pain about the apps

    First it don't let me install some of hte apps. like the xBox.

    Now it is installing Apps i don't want.

    THe only reason why I prefer Windows over linux is because windows is low maintenance, I don't have to be struglyn with background stuff...

    But monitoring, uninstalling and so so, getting the computer to the set up I LIKE instead of the setup Microsoft likes... is becoming really heavy maintenance...

    Please stop.

    This is my computer, I bought it with my money and I should be able to uninstall and install the app I like.

    We already have an evil Operative System, that is IOS... there is not need to be competing on the market of evil.

    Stop messing up with my computer.

    Can I run Battlefield 2 on my parents computer?

    If I am going to buy something, I want my game to run medium to well as far as game speed and res. I am open to any suggestions and advice on how to match up my new GPU with my old dell dimesions 8400 setup previously listed as the setup at my rents house. I want enough power to run BF2 online well to avoid lag problems. Also does anyone suggest new memory for my BF2 applications?

    Microsoft Edge can no longer be found on my computer..?

    I was told today at Willows Center, Edge can be found on my apps, no longer there. I was told it cannot be deleted!

    Help!!!!!!
