Windows 10: Can my files be recovered?

I use a HP envy x360 convertable 15 - bp0xx with windows 10, bought in 2017.Downloaded CapCutDownloaded a new graphics driver from HP website the most recently released one.Opened the driver file and laptop froze so I powered off with the button.Turned on again but the desktop could not open fully a number of times until it opened but looked like it had been returned to factory settings.A new user had been created called TEMP.My old files remained in the original user file.I found the SID number through command prompt.Opened Win + R and searched regeditFollowed this file path HKEY_LOCAL_MACH

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
