Windows 10: Can neither print nor access mobile internal storage!!

HI all,


Ever since I updated windows 3 months back and many issues surfaced!
started with Edge not saving passwords!


Now after almost 4 months from not using my printer I'm trying to print but can't! The printer HP TANGO is connected but I get an error whenever I try to print.

The printer works just fine with all other devices!


Trying to access the internal storage of my iPhone the DCIM file to import my photos, and again, I only see an icon of Apple Phone but can't access it. Though I can sync my iphone via itunes just fine!!


I tried all possible solutions and nothing is working, updated all drivers , uninstalled then reinstalled everything again, and still nothing is working out! Tried all solutions posted on other websites but nothing working.
Surprisingly when connected to other devices everything works just fine!!

Can anyone help ?

Accessing Internal Storage

I am new to the Active Sync application and Windows Mobile as a whole. I recently purchased a Samsung Omnia mobile phone and I'm trying to move some files on to it, but I can't seem to access the 8GB of internal memory on the device (not a flash card).
When I try to access it on the phone there are two directories (DOIM and DCIM). I'm not sure if those are really where I'm supposed to be going or not, but they appear to be within the internal storage section. I can access those directories from my PC via
Active Sync, but when I try to move files there I get errors that the device is out of space after moving about 10 MB or so.

Can anyone help me with accessing the 8GB of internal memory via Active Sync?

Here are the steps on how you can save your downloaded files to your phone's internal storage:

1. Launch Settings.
2. Tap System.
3. Select Storage.
4. Tap Change where new content is saved.
5. Tap the drop-down menu under the option that you want to change.
6. Select the internal storage.

Note: The steps above will work for phones that are running in the Windows 10 Mobile operating system.
