Windows 10: Can no longer ping router, 8.8.8.8 or gain internet access after removing norton

I'm at a total loss.removed norton with their removal tool.loss all internet accessdid a netsh int ip reset and now network connection says "internet access" however no internet and I cannot even ping my router or 8.8.8.8 - error message is "General failure"tried to Type ipconfig /flushdns and still does not work.netsh winsock resettried disable ipv6: netsh int ipv6 isatap set state disablednetsh int ipv6 6to4 set state disablednetsh interface teredo set state disabledisable windows firewall, still no good.Nothing works! can anyone help? thanks in advance.

Unable to uninstall Internet explorer 8

i tried doing it, but when i click on windows internet explorer 8, the delete/remove option doesnt appear. the only one i see that can be removed is called Update for windows internet explorer 8, when i try to delete this one, it shows me a list of programs that may be affected or my not run properly if i remove it, what should i do....should i give it a try and then install version 7, will version 7 fix what they are saying.

windows 8 will will not connect to my lumia 920

After months of being able to connect my lumia 920 to my windows 8 PC, the PC will no longer recognize the phone. The phone is listed in device manager.

This really sucks. I bought a win 8 PC to work with my win 8 phone!!!

Any suggestions?
